BIM Modeller

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain discipline in BIM models in accordance with project standards and BEP requirements.
• Prepare and update 3D models and 2D drawings based on design information and engineering requirements.
• Ensure models comply with required LOD/LOIN and project specifications.
• Produce drawings in accordance with the approved title block, numbering system, and drafting standards.
• Perform basic model coordination and assist in clash detection activities.
• Conduct QA/QC checks to ensure model and drawing quality before submission.
• Upload and manage BIM models and drawings in the Common Data Environment (CDE) (e.g., ProjectWise).
• Support the preparation of BIM submissions and deliverables according to project requirements.
• Update models based on design changes, RFIs, and site conditions.
• Coordinate with engineers, BIM Coordinators, and other stakeholders on modelling issues.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, BIM, or related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in BIM modelling within construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or engineering projects is preferred.
