Job Summary

Develop and maintain BIM/CAD deliverables for ALC wall systems and architectural works, enabling accurate quantity take-offs, progress claims, VO measurements, procurement BOM planning, and setting-out drawings for timely client review and approval.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate BIM shop drawings to support ALC panel installation and architectural works, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications
• Perform precise quantity take-offs for ALC panels using BIM and CAD drawings to support cost estimation and procurement planning
• Prepare detailed layout and setting-out drawings, including metal stiffener locations, for tender stage review and approval to facilitate smooth project execution
• Support progress and final claims by preparing accurate quantity measurements and compiling comprehensive backup documentation for client submissions
• Assist in measuring and substantiating variation orders (VO) quantities to ensure proper contract adjustments and approvals
• Extract and compile Bill of Materials (BOM) from approved drawings to streamline procurement and inventory management
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high attention to detail and numerical accuracy

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD to create and modify technical drawings for construction and procurement purposes
• Mandatory knowledge of BIM (Revit) to develop and maintain digital building models for quantity take-offs and coordination
• Strong numerical skills to perform accurate measurements and calculations essential for quantity surveying tasks

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Building, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in QS support or quantity take-off roles fresh graduates are welcome
