BIM Modeller (Project / A1 Maincon)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural detailed shop drawings and working drawings (Architectural/Structural) using Revit, ensuring alignment with project construction requirements and design intent.

• Support the Project Team by providing timely BIM coordination and accurate technical information for construction.

• Extract information from 3D Revit models to develop shop drawings and resolve discrepancies in coordination with the Engineering Department and Project Team.

• Develop detailed drawings and specifications in accordance with client and consultant requirements.

• Produce as-built drawings for project completion and handover to clients and consultants.

• Assist in tender submissions by preparing overall floor plans and sectional drawings.

• Participate in technical and BIM coordination meetings as required.

• Ensure all required drawings are completed within stipulated timelines.

Requirements

• Background in Architectural or Structural disciplines.

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

• Comprehensive knowledge of BIM processes and workflows.

• Experience in building construction projects.
