Job Summary
You will lead the preparation and coordination of technical and construction drawings using BIM/CAD tools, ensuring compliance with project specifications and facilitating seamless collaboration among project teams, subcontractors, clients, and consultants to drive successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the development of CSD drawings, technical drawings, detailing, and related documentation to support project requirements
- Prepare shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings using BIM/CAD software within project timelines
- Review and verify subcontractor system CAD drawings and models prior to integration and coordination of CSD drawings
- Collaborate effectively with internal project teams, subcontractors, clients, and consultants to issue coordinated drawings for approval and construction purposes
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Identify and resolve discrepancies by raising Requests for Information (RFI) to maintain drawing accuracy and project integrity
- Develop and deliver presentations using BIM-related software to communicate project progress and technical details to stakeholders
- Perform clash detection analysis and maintain accurate documentation of clash detection reports to mitigate design conflicts
- Execute additional tasks and ad-hoc assignments as directed by the Project Manager or Site Manager to support project completion
Other Information
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (5.5 days per week, alternate Saturdays)
