BIM MODELLER

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the preparation of construction drawings, using Revit and CAD software

• Knowledge of the BIM application used especially in electrical and mechanical infrastructure

• Draft outline and detailed drawing(s) to the appropriate scale as required by the relevant authorities or customer's requirement

• Assist in the preparation of project documentation required for submission of drawing(s) & plans (i.e. system overview, cable containment plan etc.)

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Project Manager / Project Engineer

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE or diploma qualification with knowledge in 2D or 3D AutoCAD software and possess at least REVIT certificate

• Hands-on using REVIT and Navisworks is a must

• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience using BIM Modelling with LOD 300 LOD 500

• Knowledge in Electrical symbols will be an added advantage
