Brief Summary
We are seeking a skilled professional who will be responsible for the design, documentation, and coordination of electrical systems in various projects. This role offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Prepare installation details, shop drawing layouts, and submission lists. Attend site coordination meetings with clients. Create and modify electrical circuits, cable containment routing, and lighting fixtures. Generate bills of quantity for required materials, when necessary. Create risers and layout details for electrical, LAN, and M&E rooms. Perform clash reports and collaborate with the Project Engineer/Customer to resolve conflicts. Verify designs to ensure zero clashes and adequate maintenance space. Prepare visualizations and walkthroughs of critical or congested areas as needed. Generate and coordinate design content for CSD and Roombook. Create, generate, and modify families for lighting switches and distribution boards.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering. Proficiency in Autodesk REVIT and AutoCAD. Ability to read and visualize electrical systems and equipment drawings. Experience in creating and modifying electrical circuits based on specifications. Skills in creating and modifying cable containment routing according to location and specifications. Capability to create 2D and 3D electrical views from BIM models. Competence in setting up configurations for electrical model files.
