We are looking for a motivated BIM Modeller to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals looking to kickstart their career in the Built Environment industry. You will receive hands-on training to transform 2D drawings into 3D Building Information Models (BIM) and support our project teams in delivering high-quality construction documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Model Authoring: Assist in creating and developing 3D models for [Architecture / Structural / MEP] disciplines using Revit or other BIM software.
- Documentation: Generate 2D technical drawings, schedules, and elevations from the 3D model.
- Coordination: Support the BIM Coordinator or Manager in identifying clashes and inconsistencies within the models.
- Standards Adherence: Ensure all models and drawings comply with company and project-specific BIM standards and CAD requirements.
- Data Management: Assist in maintaining project folders and ensuring all model data is up-to-date and organized.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Software Skills: Basic proficiency in Autodesk Revit is a bonus. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, is a significant advantage.
- Mindset: A strong desire to learn BIM workflows and stay updated with the latest industry technologies.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to interpret technical drawings and spot errors or inconsistencies.
- Communication: Good team player with the ability to communicate effectively with different project stakeholders.
- No experience required: Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided for the right candidate.
