Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Prepare a M&E shop drawing in Revit Software
- Maintain and Update the drawing as required
- To Coordinate with Site Staff regarding the details, penetration and other necessary detail requirements by Main Contractor and Cosultants
- Maintain drawing reports, records and submission
- Understanding in the BIM Model Requirements and BIM Execution Plan
- Ensuring that all drawings are compliant with project specifications and requirements
- Assist in documentation for record and submission related to BIM Process
- Assist Project Manager / Site Supervisors on completion of projects/ad-hoc assignments if required
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least ITE / Diploma / Degree
- Engineering / Technical related to Electrical / Electronics
- Required Skills: Proficient in Revit & AutoCAD
- Knowlegeable in Autodesk Construction Cloud is a plus
- Good communication skills, a team player and have can do attitude
