Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings using AutoCAD to meet client specifications and project requirements
- Develop and modify Revit MEP models, including creating parametric families and In-Place Models to support design accuracy and project delivery
- Execute Scan to BIM and Point Cloud to BIM processes using Revit to convert physical site data into digital models for precise planning
- Plan and model building systems on the Revit platform to ensure integrated and coordinated design outputs
- Collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams including Structural, Electrical, and Mechanical piping to ensure design consistency and project alignment
- Produce accurate technical and construction documentation within the Revit environment to support project execution and compliance
- Prepare Revit models for BIM collaboration, enabling seamless data sharing and coordination across project stakeholders
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, contractors, engineers, and developers to facilitate project progress and resolve issues
Required competencies and certifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Revit MEP modeling and application
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience working independently or collaboratively in design teams
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office to support design and documentation tasks
- Experience working with common data environment platforms such as BIM360 to manage project data and collaboration
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in designing water treatment systems and piping works, enhancing project relevance to industry needs
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, supporting foundational knowledge and technical competence
