Job Summary
Develop and maintain M&E BIM models for building projects, ensuring coordination, compliance with standards, and supporting construction teams through effective BIM-based solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain M&E BIM models for building projects to ensure accurate design representation.
- Prepare coordinated BIM models aligned with project BIM execution plans to facilitate project workflows.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues with consultants and other trades to prevent construction conflicts.
- Produce BIM drawings, sections, and schedules for construction and submission to support project documentation.
- Support site teams with BIM-based coordination and updates during construction to ensure model accuracy.
- Ensure BIM models comply with BIM standards, Levels of Development (LOD 200-350-500), and client specifications for quality assurance.
- Assist in as-built modelling and prepare handover documentation to complete project deliverables.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Building Services, or BIM-related discipline.
- Minimum 2-5 years of BIM modelling experience for M&E building projects.
- Experience in space planning and design coordination on various project scales within engineering design consulting.
- Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Isometric drawings, and Plant 3D.
- Familiarity with Singapore BIM standards and coordination workflows.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
