BIM Modeller (M&E)

- Coordination of CSD Drawings, technical drawings and detailing and documentations.

- Preparing of shop drawings, construction drawings and as built drawing using BIM/CAD as a timely manner.

- Checking of Sub contractor system CAD Drawings and models and submissions prior to coordination of CSD.

- Liaising with internal projects members , sub contractors , clients and consultants to issue coordinated drawings for approval and construction.

- Ensuring that all drawings are compliant with project specifications and requirements.

- Clarifying and raising RFI for any discrepancies.

- Making presentation with BIM related software as required by the project team.

- Perform and maintain proper documentation of clash detection reports.

- Tasks given by Project Manager or Site Manager for the completion of projects/ad-hoc assignments if required.

Mon-Fri : 9.00am to 6.00pm, Sat: 9.00am to 1.00pm. (Alternate Saturday)
