BIM Modeller (M&E)

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with BIM modelers, BIM coordinators and team members to create and deliver BIM plans
• Ensure projects meet BIM guidelines and government regulatory requirements
• Manage BIM processes, implementation, and best practices
• Create BIM design models and documentation
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical with 3+ years of experience
• 3+ years of experience in BIM MEP (Revit) project implementation
• 2-4 completed Revit projects
• Excellent knowledge of Autodesk Building Design Suite, Revit MEP, and Autodesk Revit Certified Professional certification
