BIM Modellers for consultant firms and L6 M&E contractors
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support the BIM Manager for ACMV, Electrical, Fire protection, Plumbing & Sanitary
- Produce visualizations and shop drawings to support construction activities.
- Identify and resolve basic modeling issues.
- Prepare and present shop drawings.
- Assist with documentation for record-keeping and BIM-related submissions.
- Handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Higher NITEC/Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
- 2-5 years experience working with BIM related software or BIM modelling/coordinating works
- Experience on producing shop drawings (M&E)
- Good understanding of building works and can associate BIM with construction needs
- Able to commence in short notice period
