Construct 3D model and prepare shop drawings for submission to the authorities and for construction using BIM software
Update 3D model according to latest information provided and ensure accuracy of shop drawings
Monitor and inform Project Design Team on clashes
Support Project Design Team in managing RFIs
Achieve the drawing submission schedule
The Requirements
Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering/ Architecture/ Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with minimum 3 years relevant working experience in the local construction industry (contractor firm preferred)
Proficient in Revit (Architecture, MEP, Structure), Tekla and MicroStation - AECOsim
Experienced in production of shop drawings
Other pre-requisites : able to work as a team and independently with minimum guidance, good analytical skills and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
