BIM Modeller

☑ Salary: $3500 - $4000

☑ Working hours: 5 Days Work Week

☑ Work Location: Woodlands

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models and 2D construction drawings.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to integrate designs and identify/resolve BIM clashes.
• Perform BIM quality checks, model updates, and quantity take-offs for cost estimation and construction planning.
• Manage material submissions, project documentation, tender/quotation support, purchasing, and inventory records.
• Provide BIM software guidance and training to team members.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical/project support as required.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in BIM software, especially Autodesk Revit.
• Familiarity with Singapore's BIM practices and workflows.
• A relevant diploma or degree in architecture, engineering, or drafting is preferred.
