BIM Modeller

Job Description

• Create accurate and organized structural Revit (BIM) models and/or AutoCAD drawings
• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings and construction drawings according to project
• Prepares and manage 2D and 3D modelling, coordination, presentations/design drawings using Autodesk Revit & AutoCad
• Develop plan, elevation, section and detail drawings from the models with adequate detail and proper annotation as per project requirements
• Develop and maintain office BIM/CAD standards and procedures for sheet layout, layering, modelling processes and drawing formats
• Ensure model aligns with the standards ad goals set in BIM Execution Plan and project workflow criteria
• Accuracy in construction drawings and data extraction with other disciplines BIM platform
• Work productively and coordinate activities on numerous projects concurrently
• Ensure timely delivery of BIM models
• Ability to work independently and team work
• Collaborate and coordinate internally and/externally with other disciplines design and model changes
• Attend meetings if required
• Strong documentation and filings of drawings, coordinate design documentation with utilization of BIM software and tools

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, certification related to BIM Technology
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Knowledge in Virtual Design Construction, REVIT and AutoCAD, Naviswork and MS Word
• Ability to read and understand architectural and structural construction documents
• Excellent time management skills
