Job Description

Job Summary

Support project teams by preparing and updating M&E shop drawings, ensuring compliance with specifications, and assisting with BIM documentation and project completion tasks.

Responsibilities

Prepare M&E shop drawings based on as-built drawings and submit them on schedule to meet project timelines.
Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and technical requirements to maintain quality standards.
Collaborate closely with project teams to amend and update drawings accurately reflecting project changes.
Assist in preparing and organizing documentation for record-keeping and submission related to BIM processes.
Support the Project Manager in completing projects and handling ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

ITE, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Proficient in using AutoCAD and MEP Modelling in Revit software for drawing preparation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with project teams and stakeholders.
