BIM Modeller

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible to create, modify, maintain and updating of BIM model throughout the duration of the project
• Collaborate and coordinate internally or/and externally with other discipline's design changes and model changes
• Collaborate with project team members to resolve clashes and conflicts within the BIM model
• Attend coordination meeting with Consultants & Main Contractor and coordinate with BIM Coordinators of other disciplines
• Performs quantity take-offs construction projects by utilizing BIM models and associated data
• Clarifying and raising RFI for any discrepancies
• Making presentation with BIM-related software as required by the project team.
• Provide support to the site team in duties related to BIM

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Architectural, Civil and Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years experience in BIM related work in Construction industry
• Proficiency in BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools.
• Extensive knowledge in Facade (Aluminium and Glazing items) and interfacing details.
• Perform other drafting related duties as and when assigned by supervisor.
• Must be a team player and with good working attitude.
