Job Summary

You will develop and coordinate BIM models and AutoCAD drawings to support construction projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective collaboration with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop BIM models and create AutoCAD drawings aligned with project requirements to support design and construction phases
• Produce detailed shop drawings, as-built drawings, and construction details to facilitate accurate project execution
• Update and coordinate drawings based on site conditions and design changes to maintain project accuracy
• Collaborate with main contractor, engineers, architects, and project teams to identify and resolve design clashes, enhancing project integration
• Perform BIM coordination and clash detection using tools such as Navisworks to prevent conflicts during construction
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and BIM standards to meet quality and regulatory requirements
• Maintain organized documentation and drawing records for project tracking and reference

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in BIM, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software such as Revit
• Experience in construction, M&E, or ACMV projects considered an advantage
• Ability to work independently and manage project deadlines effectively
• Strong coordination and communication skills to facilitate teamwork and project progress
