BIM Modeller Engineer
HQ location: Ubi Avenue, East
To manage and coordinate production of quality shop drawings and BIM model in all project assigned under his/her responsibility with minimal supervision.
- To produce 2D drawings from BIM models with accuracy ensuring drawings produced are according to the Office or the Client's Drafting Standards and Procedures, and the drawing submission schedule is achieved.
- The secondary role includes developing technical plans, sections, details and 2D/3D schematic diagrams using AutoCAD and in-house software.
- Accountable for the fluent / organised presentation, content correctness / accuracy of shop drawings production in form, fit and function through thorough coordinates with other trades and services in 2D submission.
- Responsible to ensure full compliance to company's Shop Drawings Standard Operation Procedure, including adherence of design provision / scope of work according to contractual obligations.
- Generate clash report based on the Matrix provided
- Other duties as assigned.
