BIM Modeller (Drafter)

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and update technical drawings based on project requirements.

• Produce shop drawings, fabrication drawings and as-built drawings.

• Revise drawings according to site conditions and project requirements.

• Coordinate drawings with Project Engineers, Site Supervisors and other project teams.

• Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with project specifications.

• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.

• Assist with material take-off and preparation of drawings when required.

• Conduct site visits when necessary to verify actual site conditions.

About you

• Diploma / Certificate in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proficient in AutoCAD.

• Proficient in Auto Desk Revit.

• Able to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Good attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

• Able to work independently as well as with a project team.

• Experience in piping / mechanical / construction drafting is preferred.

• Knowledge of M&E, piping or semiconductor projects will be an advantage.
