BIM Modeller / Designer (Electrical Systems)

Responsibilities:

. Creation of 3D Electrical Services model content and ensuring model quality control.

. Comply modelling requirements for the project, ensure timely deliveries of outcomes.

. Manage model data to facilitate model coordination between multiple disciplines.

. Comply with BIM execution plan requirements for the project.

. Work closely with design engineers and BIM Lead in preparing the CAD drawings / BIM models.

Requirements:

. Certificate from BCA BIM Modelling course or equivalent

. Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering

. Familiar with Singapore BCA BIM guidelines and authority submissions

. Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit & Naviswork Manage

. Experience in Electrical systems design and prepare drawings

. Understanding of Local code requirements for Electrical systems

. At least 5 years experiences in Singapore construction industry.
