Roles and Responsibilities
- Update and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure 3D BIM models are accurate and compliant with project requirements.
- Review and validate shop drawings and BIM models prior to submission to authorities and for construction.
- Liaise with contractors to ensure smooth BIM implementation and project coordination.
- Ensure BIM standards, protocols, and workflows are properly adhered to.
- Keeping up with project progress and ensure timely submission of drawings and BIM deliverables.
- Provide support to other BIM Modellers and drafters, keeping team work and developing cohesiveness within team.
- Prepare progress and project updates to submit to direct supervisor.
Qualification Requirements
- Candidate possesses at least a Diploma or Degree in Building Information Modelling (BIM), Engineering, or related discipline recognized by BCA or relevant institution.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant BIM experience.
Preferred Skills
- Strong proficiency in Revit (Architecture, Structure, MEP), Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in BIM modelling and project coordination meetings.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work independently and interest in MEP multiple disciplines.
- Familiar with BIM standards (e.g., BIM Execution Plan, Singapore BIM Guide).
- Able to adapt to construction site environment.
