BIM MODELLER CUM DRAFTER

Prepare, develop and update detailed BIM models, shop drawings and construction drawings for M&E building services using Revit and AutoCAD.

Produce coordinated drawings for Electrical, ACMV, Plumbing, Sanitary and Fire Protection services based on project requirements.

Prepare schematic diagrams, single-line diagrams, detailed layouts, sections and other technical drawings required for construction.

Develop and maintain BIM models and extract shop drawings and relevant documentation directly from coordinated models.

Carry out BIM/M&E coordination and identify drawing discrepancies, clashes and constructability issues before and during construction.

Coordinate drawings and technical requirements with project engineers, consultants, Main Contractors, subcontractors and other relevant parties.

Attend project coordination meetings, technical meetings and site meetings when required.

Carry out site visits and verify actual site conditions against approved/coordinated drawings.

Revise drawings promptly according to consultant comments, coordination meetings, site conditions, RFIs and instructions from Project Engineers/Project Managers.

Prepare and maintain accurate As-Built Drawings based on actual site installations and approved modifications.

Assist with preparation and amendment of drawings/documentation required for relevant authority submissions, where applicable.

Maintain proper drawing registers, BIM files, revision records and project documentation.

Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, applicable Singapore codes, standards and project requirements.

Support the project team in resolving drawing and coordination issues during construction.

Perform other BIM, drafting and project coordination duties related to ongoing construction projects as assigned.
