Support the BIM Coordinator/Manager and Project Team in day-to-day BIM implementation activities.
Develop 3D models required for drawing preparation, Authority submission, clash reporting and presentation aligned with the project requirements and modelling standards.
Ensure all Models, drawings and deliverables are checked to comply with project and company quality standards and BIM requirements.
Ensure integrity/ quality of the models.
Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs.
Collaborate with various disciplinary teams on the model and design changes.
Prepare architectural tender drawings in 2D and 3D format/BIM architectural model.
Collaborate with team and other disciplinary teams to ensure all drawings are in order as per design requirements.
Extensive knowledge in creating various kinds of Revit Families.
Requirements:
At least 1 year experience in BIM Modeling work
Experienced in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD
Candidate with experience in BIM Coordination or Simulation using Navisworks, VRcollab, Fuzor, Revizto, or other relevant software would be an added advantage
