Responsibilities
- Apply BIM software and modeling techniques, including AutoDesk Revit (Architecture, Civil & Structural, Mechanical, Electrical), to develop accurate building models
- Collaborate with project management teams to initiate, implement, and monitor detailed workplans for BIM deliverables
- Maintain and enforce established BIM standards and workflows to ensure consistency and quality across projects
- Prepare comprehensive design and construction documentation aligned with project requirements
- Coordinate and communicate with project and construction teams to manage submissions, updates, and changes, identifying and resolving clashes across disciplines
- Facilitate project coordination to ensure smooth BIM integration and timely delivery of project milestones
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support project execution and BIM processes
Required competencies and certifications
- Recognized Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Construction disciplines
- Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software for BIM modeling and drafting
- Minimum 3 years of BIM modeling experience in building construction and project execution
