BIM MODELLER

Job Description

• Use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) to perform drawing work tasked
• Report to the manager/engineer in charge and perform work task assigned
• Monitor modeling/update drawing/ inform Project Manager if there is any changes
• Liaise with architect
• Input finishing with more details (if any)
• Monitor/checking if there is any crashing
• Coordinate and monitor shop drawing submission schedule.
• Produce shop drawings as per detail given by engineer/manager
• Able to produce revised shop drawing within one week upon receiving commented drawing.
• Familiar with program: Revit Archi and Revit MEP for drawing
• Familiar with program: Navis for checking the drawing

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil / Structure / Building
• Min 2 years experience in related field for this position
• Proficiency in BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD, or Bentley AECOsim.
• Strong understanding of architectural and construction principles.
• Knowledge of structural and MEP systems and their integration into the BIM model.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve clashes or discrepancies in the model.
• Communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork with other design and construction professionals.
• Understanding of construction processes and workflows.
