- Position : BIM Modeller / CAD Drafter

- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Salary Up to $4,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + 14 Days AL + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and other CAD/BIM software.
- Create and update BIM models for construction and engineering projects.
- Interpret sketches, specifications, and project requirements to produce accurate drawings.
- Revise drawings based on project changes, feedback, and engineering updates.
- Ensure all drawings comply with company and industry standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams on technical requirements.
- Check drawings for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
- Assist in preparing technical documents for clients and project teams.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Technical Certificate in Drafting, Engineering, or related field with Min 2 years of experience in the construction or engineering industry.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
- BIM modelling experience is required.
- Good understanding of technical drawings and drafting standards.
