Responsibilities:
- To manage and coordinate production of Quality BIM Models and construction documents with minimal supervision
- Manage and deliver a fully coordinated federated model in agreed formats
- Assists BIM Manager in the implementation of BIM
- Assist BIM Manager to update and revise BIM Models throughout the project life cycle
- Ensure BIM Models are modelled with correct BIM parameters and attributes for BIM base quantification and 4D simulation
- Collaborate with team and other relevant departments to ensure all drawings are in order as per design requirements
- Coordinate with Consultants, SWCs & sub-contractor
- Use of BIM for coordination, sequencing, constructability and as-built
- Review design and fabrication models and drawings
- Perform clash checks
- Perform QC before release and exchange of BIM Models
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in C&S/ Architectural/ M&E/ Building services
- At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required
- Formally trained in BIM or equivalent modelling training certification
- Proficient in BIM/ Revit (Architectural/ Structural and Reinforcement/ MEP modelling and Navisworks
- BIM Coordination experience using Autodesk/ Bentley software
