LSW CONSULTING ENGINEERS PTE. LTD started from a sole-proprietorship which includes a principal and two associates in year 1990 and the company has been incorporated into a private limited company with effect from Aug 2009. In its many years of operation, LSWCE continue to enjoy rapid grow in all areas. We provide Engineering services for Condominiums, Hotels, Institutional Buildings, Industrial Buildings, Landed Properties, Petrochemical and Offshore plants.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed (C&S) BIM and IFC models by integrating information from various trades including Architect (DC), M&E utilities, and subcontractors such as linkway, drain, and road contractors to support project coordination
- Ensure all BIM and IFC drawings comply with prevailing regulations and standards to maintain project compliance
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for civil and structural engineering projects to facilitate design visualization and construction planning
- Collaborate effectively with engineering teams to integrate multidisciplinary design information into BIM models, enhancing project accuracy and coordination
- Utilize BIM software tools including Tekla, Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and AutoCAD to produce high-quality models and documentation
- Apply knowledge of Tekla parameters, sheets, views, and schedules to prepare comprehensive project deliverables
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the integrity and accuracy of BIM models throughout project phases
- Adapt quickly to new systems and workflows to maintain productivity and support continuous improvement
- Communicate clearly and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to foster a positive, professional work environment
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in BIM modelling for civil and structural engineering projects in Singapore
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Tekla, Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and AutoCAD
