BIM Modeller (C&S)

Job Description :

• Interpret drawings and create/update BIM models
• Handling cbp model shop drawing submission
• Produce BIM documentation with proper title block for submission
• Create/modify BIM Object Families (parametric and non-parametric)
• Upkeep the record of BIM/Drawing versions and ensure BIM deliverables and documentation follow BEP or requirement/instruction as stipulated
• Coordinate and communicate with team members if further details or clarification is required
• Support the Design Team in coordinating with other stakeholders whenever required

Job Requirement :

• Expert in REVIT/BIM Software/Navisworks
• Experience utilizing Autodesk Revit modeling and AutoCAD software in a consultancy office preferred
• Ability to read and understand architectural and structural construction documents
• Excellent time management skills
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Able to commit 5.5 days
