Position Overview
We are looking for talented BIM Modelers with at least 2 years of experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) field to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, and be able to produce accurate 3D models, detailed drawings, and documentation for a wide range of building and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- . Develop accurate 3D BIM models in Revit for architectural and structural disciplines.
- . Prepare and update 2D drawings using AutoCAD based on project requirements.
- . Perform model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
- . Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure modeling accuracy.
- . Assist in producing shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built documentation.
- . Collaborate closely with BIM Coordinators, Engineers, and Project Managers to meet project
- deadlines and quality standards.
- . Maintain and adhere to project BIM standards and protocols.
- . Ensure timely delivery of models and drawings in compliance with client requirements.
Requirements
- . Minimum 1 years of experience in the AEC industry.
- . Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- . Strong understanding of 3D modeling, 2D drafting, and technical drawing production.
- . Knowledge of BIM standards and best practices.
- . Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- . Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- . Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- . Experience in multi-disciplinary coordination.
- . Knowledge of Singapore BIM standards (BCA BIM e-submission, LOD requirements, etc.).
- . Familiarity with other BIM-related software (SketchUp, Dynamo, etc.) will be an advantage.
