Summary :
- Salary: Up to $4,000

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and prepare BIM models and AutoCAD drawings based on project requirements
- Produce shop drawings, as-built drawings, and detailed construction drawings
- Update and revise drawings according to site conditions and design changes
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams to resolve design issues
- Perform BIM coordination and clash detection (e.g. Navisworks)
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and BIM standards
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing records
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in BIM, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM software (e.g. Revit)
- Experience in construction / M&E / ACMV projects is an advantage
