BIM Modeller ACMV

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate 3D BIM models in Revit for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
• Prepare and update 2D drawings using AutoCAD based on project requirements
• Convert conceptual designs and sketches into comprehensive CAD and BIM documentation suitable for regulatory submission and construction execution
• Coordinate and validate multidisciplinary drawings, identifying and resolving design conflicts or inconsistencies across models
• Ensure all drawings are accurately dimensioned, clearly labelled, and aligned with project specifications and drafting protocols
• Revise drawings in response to project updates, client feedback, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain strict compliance with applicable local building codes, industry standards, and submission guidelines
• Advocate for and implement BIM methodologies and modular design practices to improve project delivery and efficiency
• Mentor junior drafters, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to quality standards and organizational best practices

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Design Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 2 years working experiences in ACMV projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM tools
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
