Modify existing BIM (Revit) and updating BIM in detail to capture not only design update but as-built condition
Extract 2D drawing (AutoCad) from BIM for design and construction upon request
Check drawings compared to BIM model and raise queries to resolve the discrepancies in between drawings, as well as those arisen during the design progress project execution
Prepare material for submission and ensure BIM submission according to Archi/ Civil design with architect and system-wide service contractors
Coordinate with service contractors (including Archi consultant) on project to ensure compliance with BIM requirement and attend to System-wide Contractor (SWC) coordination meetings
Actively communicate with design team member
Assist Design manager on the tasks assigned
Requirements
Min. 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably with LTA projects
Must have good knowledge in Autodesk Revit and 2D and 3D CAD drafting based on AutoCAD
Good knowledge in AllPlan would be advantageous
Understand the specifications, drawing, scope and sequence of work
