BIM Modeller (6 Days)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage 3D BIM models for precast components using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or Tekla Structures.
• Prepare detailed precast shop drawings, production drawings, and lifting/erection plans.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other BIM teams to ensure model accuracy and resolve clashes.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
• Update BIM models based on design changes and site feedback.
• Support BIM Manager/Coordinator in implementing BIM standards and workflows.
• Assist in quantity take-offs, material scheduling, and production planning.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM modelling, preferably with precast elements.
• Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, or similar.
• Good understanding of construction methodology and precast systems.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and LOD requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
