BIM Modelers

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Modeler, located in Singapore.

The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating, updating, and managing Building Information Models to support architectural, construction, and MEP projects. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with architects and engineers, interpreting construction drawings, ensuring model accuracy, and coordinating project details across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience as a Modeler
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in BIM.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in relevant BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
