BIM Modeler

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated BIM Modeler to support our project team in developing and managing BIM models for timber door and architectural works. The intern will assist in preparing BIM models, coordinating drawings, and ensuring project requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and updating BIM models using software such as Autodesk Revit.

• Support the preparation of shop drawings and detailed drawings for timber door installations.

• Coordinate BIM models with architects, consultants, and main contractors.

• Assist in clash detection and model coordination using BIM tools.

• Extract drawings, schedules, and quantities from BIM models.

• Maintain proper documentation and BIM model organization.

• Support the project team in resolving design and coordination issues.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• Basic knowledge of Autodesk Revit / BIM software.

• Familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage.

• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
