Job Description

  • To prepare Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) co-ordination drawing.
  • To check individual M&E shop-drawing.
  • To update M&E shop-drawing list.
  • To support M&E project team on shop-drawing submission.
  • To conduct clash-detection and conflict resolution.
  • To be responsible for model management and administration.
  • To in-charge of BIM content development approvals for the project.
  • To provide support in work coordination with coordinator.

Job Requirements

  • Possess BIM Certificate.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a BIM Modeler.
  • Hands-on experience with using BIM for planning, scheduling and design.
  • Proficient in Revit MEP.
  • BIM trained and certified.
