6 months contract (until June 2026) - open for S Pass
Working hours : 5D/5.5D (preferred) 8am-6pm

Responsibilities
- Modify existing BIM (Revit) and updating BIM in detail to capture not only design update but as-built condition
- Extract 2D drawing (AutoCad) from BIM for design and construction upon request
- Check drawings compared to BIM model and raise queries to resolve the discrepancies in between drawings, as well as those arisen during the design progress project execution
- Prepare material for submission and ensure BIM submission according to Archi/ Civil design with architect and system-wide service contractors
- Coordinate with service contractors (including Archi consultant) on project to ensure compliance with BIM requirement and attend to System-wide Contractor (SWC) coordination meetings
- Actively communicate with design team member
- Assist Design manager on the tasks assigned
Requirements
- Min. 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably with LTA projects
- Must have good knowledge in Autodesk Revit and 2D and 3D CAD drafting based on AutoCAD
- Good knowledge in AllPlan would be advantageous
- Understand the specifications, drawing, scope and sequence of work
- Team player with good inter-personal skills
