A well-established Singapore-based M&E engineering contractor specialising in ACMV, mechanical and electrical engineering solutions for major commercial, industrial, institutional and infrastructure projects, offering strong project exposure and long-term career stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update M&E shop drawings based on as-built drawings and project requirements.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, technical standards and submission requirements.
- Coordinate with project engineers, managers and site teams to incorporate drawing amendments accurately.
- Support BIM documentation and submission processes, ensuring proper project records are maintained.
- Assist the Project Manager with project documentation, coordination and completion activities.
- Handle ad-hoc technical and project-related assignments as required.
Requirements
- ITE, Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit MEP/BIM modelling.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with good coordination and organisational abilities.
