Create detailed BIM models for MEP (including electrical systems) based on project requirements and specifications.
Review and update discipline models to ensure compliance with project requirements, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and modelling standards.
Perform clash detection between M&E systems and other disciplines, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to resolve coordination issues and maintain updated models.
Support the generation of coordinated drawings, shop drawings, and quantity take-offs derived from BIM models.
Maintain model version control and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Adhere to BIM standards and protocols, maintaining model quality and integrity.
Coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and constructability of BIM models.
Requirements:
Diploma and Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical), Building Services, or a related field
Proficiency in BIM softwares - Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
Minimum 2-5 years of BIM modelling experience, especially for MEP projects.
Strong understanding of MEP systems (e.g., ACMV, electrical, plumbing) and coordination principles.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills, detail-oriented and a problem-solver.
