Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled BIMModeler to join our team. You will be responsible for developing accurateand coordinated 3D models using BIM software to support design, coordination,and construction phases of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develope and update 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, or MEP disciplines using Revit and/or AutoCAD.
- Generate detailed shop drawings and construction documents based on the model.
- Assist in clash detection and coordination between various disciplines (e.g., structural, MEP).
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and coordinators to ensure accuracy and consistency of designs.
- Maintain and organize BIM files and model data according to project standards.
- Implement mark-ups and design changes from consultants or internal teams.
- Support BIM coordination meetings when needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM-related software (e.g., Navisworks, SketchUp).
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in BIM modeling (fresh graduates with strong BIM knowledge are also welcome to apply).
- Good understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and modeling principles.
- Ability to interpret design intent and convert it into accurate BIM models.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in MEP modeling is an added advantage (optional line)
