BIM Modeler (Electrical)

. Develop and refine technical drawings and 3D models using BIM software.
. Analyze and integrate project specifications, layouts, and design requirements into drafting work.
. Work closely with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure precision and adherence to industry standards.
. Manage and update project documentation and drawing records.
. Support in identifying and resolving design and technical challenges during project execution.

Job Requirements:

. Proficiency in BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks).

. Complete at least 2 HDB/Condo Project
. Must have minimum 3 years of experience in drafting for M&E construction in Singapore.
