For those that are currently studying in BCA or SCAL for BIM courses may apply as fresh BIM Modeller whom we will consider based on their qualifications and whom will be graduating in a year's time:
- Manage engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Revit (BIM) software for submissions and internal use.
- Prepare, review, and update electrical drawings including layouts for all related Mechanical & Electrical Services.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency between Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) and layout drawings highlight discrepancies to engineers for rectification.
- Coordinate with the site engineer on feedback and resubmit revised drawings within the target timeline.
- Submission documents NDR, DCR, DPR in line with ISO requirements.
- Maintain filing for O&M requirements, as-built drawings, catalogues, inventory, and PE-endorsed documents.
- Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Power, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in drafting using AutoCAD and BIM/Revit software
- Familiar with standard M&E installation details and local code requirements
