BIM Modeler (Architectural)

Our Client:

• Boon Lay MRT
• Construction Industry
• 5.5 Days, Office hours (alternate Saturdays)
• Up to $4,500 per month

KeyResponsibilities:

• Work closely with Architects and team members in the creation and delivery of BIMExecution Plans
• Ensure projects are completed in accordance to BIM guidelines and compliance with therelevant government regulatory requirements
• Manage processes, implementation, best practices and techniques of BIM and relatedtools
• Create BIM Design Models and Documentation
• Coordinatenwith contractor and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Architectural
• Min 1 year experience in as a BIM Modeler
• Strong experience in Revit
