BIM Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for BIM setup and implementation.
• Establish and enforce documented processes, BIM Execution plans and workflows.
• Support and work closely with project team on BIM implementation and meeting project BIM requirements.
• Oversee and manage BIM team tasks and deliverables(shop drawings, room books, 3D models and BIM related submissions).
• Review and QC of BIM models and coordination reports (clash reports, clash detection matrix, meeting minutes).
• Oversee and manage project deliverables, As-Built deliverables, meet Asset Information Requirements in the BIM model.
• Maintain Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Tracking of BIM deliverables, including preparation of weekly progress reports.

Job Requirements:

• Specialist Diploma in BIM.
• Minimum of 6 years related work experience in BIM implementation, design and drafting.
• Trained in BIM Modelling and BIM Management.
• Proficiency and in-depth working knowledge of BIM of Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit MEP/Structural/C&S and Navisworks, etc.
