Job Summary:
A hands-on role focused on managing and coordinating BIM workflows on projects. Leads the use of BIM tools to support accurate, coordinated, and efficient documentation from design through construction for interior environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and align digital workflows with interior design project requirements.
- Oversee BIM model development, coordination, and integration across all project disciplines.
- Review and respond to client digital delivery requirements in collaboration with project leads.
- Conduct clash detection, model audits, and support resolution of BIM-related issues.
- Provide guidance to project teams and mentor junior BIM staff in digital best practices.
- Manage updates to BIM standards, templates, protocols and the office model library.
- Contribute to digital transformation by staying current with industry developments and promoting adoption across the practice.

Requirements & Attributes:
- Degree / Diploma in Architecture
- At least 10 Years BIM (REVIT) related interior design project implementation experience
- Excellent knowledge and experience of Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit Architecture with Certification - Autodesk Revit Certified Professional Exam
- BCA BIM Management Certification
- A strong believer in sustainable design practices, and familiarity with Singapore 2030 green plan and UN 2030 Sustainable development agenda and 2050 Decarbonisation goals will be an advantage
