BIM Manager (Data Centre)
Overview
Our client is strengthening its digital engineering capabilities and is looking for an experienced BIM professional to lead modelling standards, coordination, and digital workflows across data centre projects in the region. This role can be based in Singapore or Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement BIM standards, processes, and best practices across data centre projects
- Lead model coordination across multiple disciplines to ensure design alignment and minimise clashes
- Manage BIM deliverables and ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency of project data
- Support project teams with technical guidance on BIM tools and workflows
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive effective digital delivery
- Contribute to continuous improvement of digital processes and adoption of new technologies
- Provide training and mentorship to team members
Key Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
- At least 8-10 years of experience in BIM, including experience supporting data centre or mission-critical projects
- Proficiency in industry-standard BIM tools and coordination platforms
- Strong understanding of multidisciplinary design coordination and project workflows
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
