Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to read, analyze, understand, and interpret design and construction documents and drawings (Archi, C&S and MEP).
- Utilize BIM to increase the team's understanding of problems and solutions, and assist the construction and field team in solving issues throughout the project.
- Support the extraction of construction drawings, schedules, shop drawings, and 3D views from BIM models for tendering, construction, and handover
- Develop, manage, and maintain discipline-specific models using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standards and the BEP
- Coordinate with internal teams and other trades to ensure model integration
- Collaborate with subcontractors, reviewing their BIM models and shop drawings for accuracy, compliance, and construction readiness
Requirement:
- Degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 4 years of BIM experience in a design
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit / Navisworks / AutoCAD
- Experience in Structural / Industries project
